How do No-Spill™ oil drain plugs work?

Each No-Spill™ oil drain plug is designed with a stainless steel, spring-loaded valve that stays securely closed until you’re ready to drain—attaching the No-Spill™ drainer to the plug automatically seals, allowing the valve to open and oil to drain out smoothly and precisely through a hose. This design keeps everything clean and fully controlled so you can drain oil without mess.

Do I need a separate drainer for every vehicle?

Nope! Our drainers are made to fit all plugs within their series. For example, the 1002 – Large Straight Drainer fits all large bottom plugs in the Standard series. If you’re unsure which drainer suits you, feel free to call us at 1-888-4NO-SPILL (1-888-466-7745). The No-Spill™ System is designed to work with small and large engines, so you’re covered no matter the size.

Which No-Spill™ Series is Right for Me?

The best series for you depends on your setup and how much space you have for draining:

  • Standard plugs are ideal if there’s plenty of clearance around the plug.
  •  Compact plugs are made for tighter spaces or where clearance might be an issue.
  • Speed Click™ plugs are a favourite for fleets of all sizes, offering quick and easy draining.
Does any oil remain in the pan after draining?

No, No-Spill™ plugs are designed to sit flush with the pan, so all waste fluids drain thoroughly, leaving no oil behind.

Can I drain the oil while it’s hot?

Yes you sure can! One of the big benefits of No-Spill™ Systems is that they allow for safe, clean hot oil draining.

Can I use a suction system to drain oil?

our drainers and non-return valves, and you’re good to go!
