All shipments are sent via courier using services provided by UPS from No-Spill™ Systems’ distribution centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canadian orders), or Pembina, North Dakota (USA orders). Please call us for international orders. Orders will be charged a variable rate for shipping based on the delivery address of the order and the size and weight of the package. Ground shipping, which takes 7-10 days, is sent using UPS ground service – Air Shipping is available by special request only. Items cannot be shipped to a General Delivery Address, or Post Office Box; a physical address is required for delivery.
We will ship all items on an order at the same time. In the event that there is an item that is on backorder, No-Spill™ will endeavor to contact the purchaser to confirm whether a partial shipment is necessary. In the event that the customer cannot be reached within three business days, the entire order will be held until such time that the backorder item is available, and the order will be shipped complete. In the rare event that the item you order is not available, you will be contacted by phone or email and No-Spill™ Systems will cancel the order.
